As such each and every lot procured goes through 10 % sample testing and with effective warehousing and efficient logistics we ensure timely delivery of our production to customer across the globe.
Quality Control Measures
1. Manually Quality Checking through Traditional Quality checking Staff.
2. 10% sampling from each selected Lot of 100 Bales.
3. Preliminary Testing at our in house laboratory by Quality Control Staff.
4. Quality checking of all the parameters through HVI Testing method in USTER-1000 Machine ATIRA (Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association) Laboratory.
Controls on Cotton's Packing
1. Bales packed at highly sophisticated TMC Unit.
2. Bales fully covered through Cotton Cloths and bales tightened through high quality Plastic stripes to fit for Sea worthiness.
3. Manually observation of each & every bales packing condition while taking delivery from the Ginners.
4. Re-checking and supervision of packing condition of each & every bales at Container Yards while stuffing in containers for export.
India has the advantage of growing all species of cotton i.e. from short staple 20mm & below, medium staple (20.5 to 24.5mm), medium long (25.0 to 27.0mm), long (27.5 to 32.0mm) and extra-long staple cottons (32.5mm and above). India produce large number of varieties and hybrids, number of varieties in cultivation exceeds seventy-five. However, 98 per cent of the production is contributed by about 25 varieties. In India, the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and also Madhya Pradesh are the leading cotton producing states. These states have a predominantly tropical wet and dry climate.
